	<p>Sadly, we have became habituated to immediate gratification and need that on every ocassion. Also being slimmer, the condition just can&#8217;t happen directly. Correct, I would show a friends how to be slimmer directly, but I can&#8217;t guarantee she&#8217;ll cope with it longer.</p>
	<p>And the heck what it&#8217;s all about? Controlling weight low and not involving to&nbsp; <a href="http://dietmem.com/" target="_self" title="easy diet">easy diet</a> plan originally&#8211;this is your destination.</p>
	<p>Quick weight loss is not the answer; instead, it is the problem. Trying to lose weight directly lead to physiological problem that mirror back to the exact opposite direction.</p>
	<p>However, people, like my sister, want to reduce weight directly. So is there a way to achieve&nbsp; fast weight loss and not lead to future body weight gain? Apparently not.</p>
	<p>But I do have a system for fast weight reduction while minimizing the future weight gain potential implied in fast weight loss system.</p>
	<p>Direct Weight Reduction Program</p>
	<p>1. Week One, Part One, drink a protein shake supplement daily. Do not change anything. Drink a protein shake supplement contains a 50:50 portion of whey to casein proteins. The best time to drink the protein shake following on your body rhythm.</p>
	<p>a glass of protein shake between breakfast and lunch or two hour after lunch. That&#8217;s all following on when you have the longest period of fasting. </p>
	<p>Part Two Start a light body works, on the first week simply stretching your muscle groups. This simple activity increases the tonal activity to muscles signaling them to use more calories at rest. Plus it protects against injuries.</p>
	<p>2. Week Two Begin dieting by changing 1/2 of a meal with the same protein shake from previous week. Do this for whole week.</p>
	<p>3. Week Three Change all portion of meal with a protein shake. Modify the mix of the protein shake to 60% whey and 40% casein proteins. This composition comes out to about a 500 calorie less.</p>
	<p>4. Week Four Cut caloric uptake by another 250 calories. I suggest adding another protein shake in your daily diet program, prepare the same 60:40 mix and use it to replace 1/2 portion of daily meal. Record the daily progress. Never let it reach a rate of more than 4 pounds reduction per week.</p>
	<p>5. Week Five Continues Week four.</p>
	<p>6. Week Six Add back the last 250 calories you dropped and don&#8217;t continue the second shake.
